DUTIES OF THE DEPARTMENT QUALITY COMMITTEE

-To prepare the strategic plan of the department,
-To ensure that all kinds of studies to be carried out in the process of evaluating academic and administrative services, improving quality and accreditation in line with the strategic plan and objectives of the department,
-To prepare the Department Internal Evaluation Report,
-To make the necessary preparations for certification and subsequent evaluation studies to be carried out by independent evaluation bodies related to the Quality Management System in the department; to provide all kinds of support to these organizations,
-To announce the decisions of the Quality Commission to the relevant departments, programs and sub-units of the department; to contribute to their implementation and to monitor their results,
-To submit an annual report on their activities to the Quality Commission by the end of January,
-To carry out other necessary studies in line with the procedures and principles determined by this Directive and the Quality Commission.
