Mevlana Exchange Program is a program that aims to exchange students and academic staff between higher education institutions in Turkey and higher education institutions abroad. With the Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated August 23, 2011 and numbered 28034, the exchange of students and academic staff between higher education institutions abroad and higher education institutions in our country has been opened.

Students who wish to participate in the exchange program can benefit from the program for a minimum of one semester and a maximum of two semesters of education, while faculty members can benefit from the program for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 3 months to give lectures in higher education institutions around the world. Similarly, students and academic staff from all regions of the world can come to higher education institutions in Turkey within the scope of the program and participate in educational activities.
