With the decision of the Council of Higher Education Executive Board dated 31/12/2019, it was decided to open a doctoral program in the Department of Philosophy. The program became active with the admission of students to the program in the Fall Semester of the 2020-2021 Academic Year.

The aim of the PhD Program of the Department of Philosophy within the Graduate School of our university is to contribute to the academic development of students who have graduated from the Master's Program in Philosophy and who have graduated from different disciplines and are interested in philosophy by responding to their graduate education needs. Another of the main objectives of the program is to support the training of academicians, experts and researchers at the national and international level needed in our country.
